Nothing like breakfast for dinner.
So satisfying

(frank) you. I’ve been trying really hard to pretend that the acorn squash along with my homegrown (from basement) salad and fried kale with lemon juice and parm is really working for me.

I may kill a squirrel when I walk the dog.

Not exactly true.
Its usually low blocker over the pad and 5 hole if a mobile goalie

- Fakepartofme

Without a doubt hardest shot to stop. And 5 hole is probably the 2nd toughest in some circumstances but not as much as it was when everyone played a stand up style. Back then the 5 hole was pretty much a sure goal but now because goalies drop instinctively as soon as the shot is taken the 5 hole goals should be less regular aside from deflections or when a goalie is moving side to side.

Unless you suck like me and your brain still thinks stand up first and then "no drop down idiot it's not 1985" and by the time you do it's between your legs, past you in the net.

The just over the pad, under the blocker is still (in my opinion) the absolute toughest save. The fact goalies just drop first now has led to way more goals up high on both sides of the head. It drives me nuts to be honest, if the puck is coming chest high at me I keep my feet but then again there is the motivation of not having to get up from going down if I can just glove it standing up!

And don't get me started about the reverse VH and VH position being overused and goalies getting sniped because of it

My safe word is “Powerplay goal from Marner.”

It doesn’t get used often.

I've got a few dead soldiers of this stuff decorating my place -- the bottles are truly beautiful!

It may be somewhat overpriced but it's very smooth and very delicious. I know there are some tequila snobs out there who scoff at it but, as someone who loves tequila and has tried more than a fair share of brands (some of which you can only get in MeHico), it's fantastic.

Overpriced? Yeah, I guess. But if I ever see it on sale I'm all over it!

I knew there was a reason I really liked you.. just didn't know it till now..

Yes to Tequila... it's great as long as its wet...

Fresh homemade turkey bolognese going down here.

So heavy then light because of the turkey. Yum!

Leafs lose 4-0. Why, Freddy was never a big shut out goalchie here, but now he will be.

Marner with 21 shot attempts, all into the boards or over the glass.

Alright... game time.. this is going to be very very interesting on how long a leash some of these guys get tonight...

I have to believe.. at least I hope that they come out guns blazing, and just play with reckless abandon and have fun.

I’m thinking that Matthews will do just about anything to score on Freddy tonight. Best buds always play hard against one another.
