I wanna stay positive but its getting very hard to. It was already going to be tough to make the playoffs in this division (Tampa, Florida and Boston are all better than the Leafs IMO). But they don't look like they can even compete with the top teams

The Leafs don’t need the money allocated to Marner. I don’t know how much longer people need to watch to understand that. Tavares is staying no matter what. Better move Rielly and Marner this year.

I would hope you know and understand that people are allowed to have a different opinion than you and share it. I’d ask that you get used to that and show them the same level of respect you would or should expect.

Can hope. Thing is these are the points you want to rack up before teams settle in. The ones that get you ahead and in the playoff spot down the road. They are not going to make it easy on themselves here this season at all.

I thought this team was going to be a good bet last season, and even stated it multiple times. This season though, I don't think they have a chance of winning a round. The metro is a beast of a division. I could see 5 teams making it from that side of the conference. Toronto will be hard pressed to make the playoffs.

Dubas and Shanahan need to be fired. They built this tire fire.

I wonder if the blinkered fans who keep defending Marner's contract will finally admit he's way overpaid, same with Tavares. That could have been money better spent on building a well rounded team.
