It’s a tad rainy out here in London but I still need to go get beer in case Andersen shuts the leafs down….it will be worth being wet since I’ll have beer and it will hide the tears
Saw the line switches… let’s hope they work out… I really do like Engvall being back with Kampf and Kase, they did good to start the year

When you buy a Kase of beer, what's your go to, Dozzer? 🍺
I may be misremembering (possibly maybe) but I recall the Leafs last year came out of the gate flat a number of times before eventually taking control after the lines had cycled through a few times.
Would be fun to see them flying after the first puck is dropped.

Well they started like 14 - 2 - 2 or something like that... So, not sure how flat that is.

Gardiner almost literally couldn't skate anymore the last time we saw him. Every time he gets healthy enough to get in the lineup he just gets crushed in the corner because he can't move his feet the way he used to. He can't dodge forecheckers. He can't walk the blueline on the powerplay. He's done. - BINGO!
You take away Gardiner's foot speed, and you basically have Atomic Wedgie on defence.
But some people do need to calm down a bit. The season after they got swept by CBJ they started the season 16-17 by the 34 game mark then went on a 10 game winning streak on route to a dominant season and a cup run.
Criticism is deserved but calling for trades, firings, changes is silly.

I’m a simple guy and just buy bud, it’s not the best beer but it’s good and not a bad one either, and my gf also likes it so she picks it up sometimes, needless to say no complaining on my end lol

So hold on... criticism is deserved... but no changes are required?

I'll be honest, the question was more about deploying the Kase pun but yeah, while I always enjoy trying out craft beers, it's a bit expensive pounding those back.
You're lucky to have a gf who enjoys some beers AND pays for it.
My wife is not a beer fan. I've been trying to get her to try some radlers and ciders of which she has enjoyed on occasion (mostly the latter).
One day I'd like to see her pounding back Guinness (which is my go to). 🙏

I dont want to compare the TBL to the Leafs.

Burn it all to the ground. Total scorched earth, amirite/amirov?

pretty much the same.. Occasionally, the wifey likes a Heineken, but other than an occasional beer, I am usually left drinking alone at home.. My go to is Guiness or Peroni

I agree with you 100%.
But man oh man, if they lose tonight to Andersen, Leafs Nation is going to turn stupider than they have ever been stupid before.
You can give criticism without firing anyone or trading anyone yes - Santo_44
You surely can, and I'm not on the kneejerk fire everyone bandwagon... but if there is criticism then there has to be potential consequences too right?
