I'll be honest, the question was more about deploying the Kase pun but yeah, while I always enjoy trying out craft beers, it's a bit expensive pounding those back.
You're lucky to have a gf who enjoys some beers AND pays for it.
My wife is not a beer fan. I've been trying to get her to try some radlers and ciders of which she has enjoyed on occasion (mostly the latter).
One day I'd like to see her pounding back Guinness (which is my go to). 🙏 - mjones242
I still drink Guinness but only at a pub, not even a restaurant, I’ll drink it as a pint and only that way. It’s how I got through college, a little pub in Hamilton where the owner would give me a couple pints for free and a supper so long as I was doing my hand drafting homework (which sucked ass, having to rotate your pencil in your hand as you draw lines so the lead wouldn’t flatten on one side, took forever. Needless to say I was thrilled when AutoCAD became the only thing people primarily do anymore)

Had that just cranked yesterday actually, playing along with the new fender acoustic my gf got me, didn’t know it but thankfully I’m able to still figure out chord progressions within 10-15 seconds still even after brain surgery. A lot of Tom, and then added to him with him the travelling wilburys as well.

I love me a properly poured pint of guiness but it's my #1 trigger for gout.

It saddens me - TheMussel
Oh man that sucks, I can understand that… it is a thick beer
Dammit now I’m wishing I stopped somewhere for a pint and didn’t just hit the beer store alone. Or at least I could have bought a couple tall cans and poured them into the pint glasses my mom got me… not quite the same but I’m feeling the urge
But it won’t happen, I showered after walking in the rain already to warm back up….. wetter? lol

I went Bourbon about a decade ago (as my primary brown liquor). Lots of good stuff and good value out there.
I've been dying to get across the border b/c my EH Taylor supply is running thin. It's impossible to get up here (except by auction) but sits on the shelves in Buffalo like chewing gum. - The Law
Forget booze. Ayahuasca, the Incan psychoactive spiritual brew is what all the cool kids are drinking now. My daughter adopted a dog from a woman who’s gone off to Peru or somewhere to work with a Shaman for six months to take this drug - you know, the right right way.
Anyway, found out about a whole new to me genre of music - Peruvian Psychedelic music. These guys sound kind of like Richard Dale and early surf music

His birthday was celebrated in our house the other day
