This started in late july under the guise of a site upgrade. It's almost November, the site still crashes and looks exactly like it did 16 years ago.

Like I wrote earlier, find it hard to believe anyone in management was unaware of what happened... they may have been told or felt like some else was dealing with the issue, or not part of their responsibility to deal with it.

So I call bullpoop on anyone claiming they did not know.
