If I say, hey, 36, I see here you want pain pills. Sure, here's some hydros.

If I provide those pain pills without proving you need them, and it is the best course of action (probably not regardless but just for example), I could get sued for malpractice, especially if something happens to you.

These doctors will not blindly say yes. With a case this high profile and under contention, saying the wrong thing is career suicide. They need to prove their case, which I am sure they have.

How many independent doctors reports and/or "testimony " are needed to overturn the CBA?

Then, how many doctors are more respected than the #1 guy in the spine/neck field?

Too many hurdles, and jack eichel knows jack eichel isnt gonna win. It's a black eye on jack eichel , caused by jack eichel. Jack eichel will not like jack eichels result of the objections... IMO.

If that case goes to arbitration, you know his side believes there's ample evidence in support of his choice. Hence why he hasn't gone yet. I'm not sure if Dr. Cap is the "#1 guy" as much as perhaps a leading surgeon of the procedure. Semantics aside, the Sabres have the CBA on their side so the burden of proof is on Jack. How many leading ADR surgeons are required? Who knows? My guess, they need several to dispute the team's doctor, and to convince a medical board that Jack's side is correct.

NHL fined teh Devils 3 Mil for cap circumvention and took away draft picks.

NHL fined Chicago 2 mil for this.

Aldrich went on to sexually assault minors after the Hawks let him go (with a letter of recommendation btw).

Had they followed through, he wouldn't have been allowed anywhere near children...

The Hawks royally messed this up, and anyone with knowledge of it is in the crosshairs.

It would certainly set a strong precedence. That sexual assault and being complicit in covering it up/ignoring can't and won't be tolerated. I think league fans and media will rain hellfire on Chevy and Q if no or little action is taken.

Again the insinuation you're making would be medical malpractice.

I am certain the team wants a resolution, but Adams is not qualified to force that decision.

Matthew tkachuk just really sticks in my head as a guy who is most likely moved soon.

Not sure if he's the type of leader the Sabres need?

He's gonna need a new expensive contract, also something I'm not interested in.

I could see a creative 3 way trade involving st. Louis or Ottawa. Where the Sabres end up with prospects and picks. Other teams get the " 2 best players "in the trade.

Both guys need a team to probably unload bad deals.
