I've read through most of the report that came out, it seems there was even more that will never come to light because many of the players, including one of the ones directly involved with the guy, refused to discuss a lot of what transpired.

Unfortunately there is still such a stigma around this kind of stuff, particularly in a culture like hockey, that people would rather act like nothing happened than hold others accountable.
