I was thinking the same. With the talent in the lineup, and the addition of Shaw, this team is underperforming. I do think it's a tad peculiar that all the additions that have been added to the team have had good starts, and all the carry over players have had mediocre to bad starts. Players generally come here to regress, but some have actually done well. At what point do people start needing to point the figure at the coach and the systems when he has actually been given an NHL talented roster to work with, but has them underperforming and just flat our playing poorly in some cases.

It might take a while for Shaw and Gustafsson to have influence. How long do you wait though.

The team has the same tendencies to not get a shot for half a period, give up so many scoring chances.

i mean, this has essentially been the same team for the last 7 or 8 years. New faces, same boring style, same team that gives up scoring chances and massive shots against. We get a new face every year or two years that we get excited about, the brings a bit of life into the franchise, and then they slowly fizzle out and we get pissed off at where the team is at lol. I honestly don't think much will change until we get a new GM and a new coach to be honest.

Jim has had time to see out his dream and making minor and major changes along the way, some good, some bad on paper but results on ice speak for themselves.

Anyone who likes a dr with no credentials reading a script and acting like she cares has rocks in thier head, i can read right through it. People have lost thier livelyhoods because of her, oh and by the way they mandated pharmacists and 2 quit in PG shoppers drug mart, they dropped thier career after jabbing people for 8 months because they dont want what they administered let that sink in, oh and thier not the only ones.

i think it would take a tremendous losing streak in order for Travis to be fired, especially after an extension. With Benning finally putting a team together that on paper SHOULD be a bubble team, I don't see FA firing him in his last year, but rather not extending him, but since FA is a Benning fanboy (as he has said in many times), I wouldn't be surprised if we see a JB extension regardless..
