Yeah, "Regular Season McDavid" is a beast. - Load Management
He has 22 points in 21 playoff games, I’d say he’s doing his part…it’s the garbage around him that’s been the issue. They’re deeper this year, Puljujarvi is coming into his own, Hyman has definitely helped and their top three defencemen are playing well including Bouchard who looks really good. |

Saw the highlights, Canucks looked ok….19 more days until Thanksgiving where 90% of the time whoever’s in a playoff position usually stays there and the rest are just a hope and a prayer. |

I didn’t puke last night, but my God I’m terrible now…Jesus. There were refs and announcers and the whole bit last night though, we won 5-4 in a shootout. I was +2 and wasn’t on for one goal against |

JB did say that it would take 2 more years to be competitive, next year we turn the corner.

Canucks are tied with the Kraken but they’ve scored a few more goals than the Canucks, didn’t see that coming |

Plus minus is useless, I'm gonna need some corsi stats before I can judge. |

The incompetence from the ownership on down to the head coach is just astonishing, seriously; I don’t believe in witchcraft but the Canucks are cursed franchise. |

The bookies were right about the Kraken being better than Van.
The ultimate insult. |

I played defence, it’s really amazing how you lose your abilities as you get older and don’t play regularly. |

I don’t know but I don’t think he’s their biggest issue. Their depth and goaltending it’s what’s held them back. He’s the best player in the league, I’d love to have him on my team.
How about Draisaitl, my God that guy was a steal at #3, he’s just so good with McDavid. |

As long as it's still fun. It's much different in Goal once you hit beer league. |

No just a league game put on by USA Hockey, they do it up right but it’s expensive to join. |

Can I just have my fun with Lordy?
Smith wasn't the problem last year. I think you're right, the supporting cast is pretty soft. That makes it easier to focus on damage control with Drai and McDinglenuts. |

there is no reality in where you can draw a line between Scotty Bowman and Jason King as coaches. Bowman was a winner before entering the NHL and when he did become the coach of the St. Louis Blues he took them to the Stanley Cup finals three straight years in his first three years. - bloatedmosquito
Yeah, I wasn’t actually meaning to compare the two from a career standpoint, but he wasn’t a “good” player before coaching, and he was a rookie coach at some point.
If these guys can’t be professional enough to show respect to the guy chosen to do the job then they should probably be moved.
If the guy isn’t capable of doing the job then Green should remove him. But for those thinking King is fully responsible for scheming the PP and replacing him will fix the problem…as Vantel says, I’ve got a bridge for sale. |

I played charity game a few years back at Rogers Arena. The Canucks room was off limits but the visitors rooms were huge! Cool to play in an NHL rink. |

Easiest schedule in the west. They’ve played 2 teams from the east and 3 road games.

Green's responsibility. - VanHockeyGuy
Absolutely. I’m sure King is responsible for things like breaking down film of the PK of upcoming opponents to look for weakness, but the coaches would discuss their plan and Green would have final say on everything. |
