Canucks standing predicated on how well PP & PK fair. Often ignored & the D gets the full blame.

I checked the standings this morning 4 of the 7 Canadian teams are doing good. I really thought Vancouver would have been the 5th.
How long do they stay patient? There’s got to be some turmoil in the locker room. Does Benning have the balls to send the misfit packing?

Well if Benning fires Green then it's on him after. I do think we have the ingredients to win games and there is a clear problem in the room. Players are tuning out pretty much everything (and each other). Hughes and Pettersson holding out appears to be a bigger problem than originally suggested. missing 6 games at camp is huge getting prepped for the season. But this club has zero chemistry especially on special teams so how does that get fixed? Tough calls coming for FA....

I'd call it complacency, starting with players like EP. If there's a problem in the room or players aren't buying in, that's on the captains to sort out.

I don't think it's complacency, I think a number of players only care about themselves starting with Pouty 1 & Pouty 2, then Huggy. This team is in shambles, need to overhaul the culture.

The way the waves are sweeping in....is that symbolic of their 0-4 playoff record last season?

Probably about the same as the guys did in Scotty Bowman’s first season as head coach?

there is no reality in where you can draw a line between Scotty Bowman and Jason King as coaches. Bowman was a winner before entering the NHL and when he did become the coach of the St. Louis Blues he took them to the Stanley Cup finals three straight years in his first three years.

I'm at loathe to give these guys any excuses. However there has been a huge turnover in personnel. That said they better get used to their new teammates/systems pretty quick.
