She is looking for exactly that type of evidence. That's a typical discovery request. The recent report and subsequent bloodletting did accomplish one thing in Rocky's favor. Her blackmail threat is now toast, since the world knows.

Rocky might as well go to the mattresses at this point.

Pressing ahead for the big money payout. Which I don't think will be so big.In return fir a gag order and less publicity, Beech will want more money. His attorney wants to use documentation how much money Beech could have madr. Wirtz should try to prove that Beech was not talented enough to make the NHL Training camp invitation and remaining on the organizational roster is Beech claim that the team considered him a prospect. Until he wasn't retained. So can Wirtz claim that he had balance issues and his skill never led to progressiin to high payment as a professional through his last year played. That would indicate lack of ability

The truth is that he was not raped. What happened is not nearly as traumatic as he paints it to be now in 2021. Of course it was traumatic in 2010 and the next few years. Because he thought he had NHL pedigree.. But he never did....and I say it became less traumatic once he figured out that he did not have NHL ability

Beech is poor and wants a payout. That is what this is really all about. He was just a dumb irresponsible kid who liked to drink beer and was blindsided by the devious Aldrich. The Blackhawks did not handle this properly. Sure SOME traumatic times but I would not give Beech a big settlement. $5 million is plenty for a kid who did not make it to the NHL only due to ability. A settement is more about emotional duress and improper team response.back then, not so much over the years

I pay for other streaming services - because there’s a catalog of content I enjoy. ESPN +? HARD PASS. Their coverage of the NHL has been so bad there’s no way I’m paying extra for it - especially for a CHI v ARZ game.

I got Center Ice on DirecTV so except for the exclusive ESPN + games, I still have a variety of games to watch every night. I can live with missing the occasional Hawks game.
