A Hawks team with a god awful record playing an "important game" in November against the worst team in the NHL, with a abysmally underqualified announcer tandem. Don't get me started on "the penalty guy".

If Beach didn’t tell the other players who did? If he or his agent went public with this in 2010 or 2011 he would have gotten the public on his side right away. Aldrich would have been ridden out of town on a rail. So he told the players while repressing the memory of the event for 11 years. A lot of things don’t add up.

If the incident bothered me that much I would not stop after I mentioned it to a coach and had my agent email the NHLPA. I would have been persistent as heck. I would have been calling my agent every day to say “What the hell are you doing on my behalf? I am paying you a % and you are supposed to be an advocate for me. Get off you ass!!!”

Borgstrom just came back after being ill. Likely King letting him get his game legs under him. Full agreement on Gaudette vs. R. Johnson. Gaudette is not good (right now at least), but he brings more than R Johnson.

Crazy thing is Gus didn't have any PP time from what I see. He's not good.
