The table is already set for this year, GM wise. The departments (scouting, player dev etc all know what they’re doing. Bring in RyJo from Abby as interim GM just to keep the boat afloat.

Let Shaw run the bench, keep the assistants (or not) until the end of the year.

Then do an exhaustive search, interview more than one candidate for each position.

Also, I’m kinda glad this happened now. Demko was masking how bad they’ve been and this game could have easily happened multiple times so far this season. You can shake these kind of games off as a one-of if it’s not totally indicative of their play, but harder to do so when everything you’ve seen by the eye has lead to this embarrassment.

Time for Henrik and Daniel to step into their roles. Hank behind the bench and Danny in the office. Things aren't as bad as they seem. Quick fixes can be made here and adjustments on the fly.

Maybe Burrows and Kes and Juice can join for D coaches and special teams?
