You can't change your coaching staff mid season. Who is gooing to teach them the PP ? The Zamboni driver?
- VANTEL

That might not be a bad idea. At least the Zamboni driver can get up the ice. And maybe they can find someone working the concession to coach the PK. When I try and buy a beer in the third they shut me down hard. They’d have a tough time being worse.

I want change like everyone else but do it properly . Play the year out , get your high draft pick and make full changes in the offseason.

If they don't change the coaches now, then this would be the way to handle it. Player focus and buy in can come with a coaching change. That could turn things around while its not even 1/4 way through the season yet.

I would be concerned about what Benning might do.

The way the season has started & if it continues on this path why keep lame duck coaches & the GM?

Lets just risk players tuning out & right off the season then sell them a bill of goods about a fresh start next year.

Besides who wouldn’t want to return after 2 disappointing & frustrating years. They’re machines not ppl.

Players, GM, Coaches, media, fans... all excited about new players and trimming the fat.

As ASL says, players coached into a ditch.

I’ve had my fill of both management and coaching. I don’t think they are doing things properly now and I’m not convinced an in season change would change things for the worse. I’d rather not watch another race to the bottom, but whatever they end up doing there is a good chance that’s what this season will be.

Right....inexpensive too. Love the clubhouse patio overlooking the city.

want to bet one of the first things a new coach does is try something different with Bo's line. I doubt you will hear him refuse because Bo likes playing with Pearson. That's just a cop out anyways.... an excuse.

I’d can them now. Whoever comes in can get the interim tag. If they are a fit then extend them, if not find someone in the off-season when there is more options.

That thin air thing in Denver is mostly in players heads. Its not mount Everest. I spent a lot of time alpine backpack hunting at 7000-9000 feet plus... I laugh when I hear players and media go on about this narrative.

I mean its only 5280 feet there,,,,, haha... thats (frank) all when we are talking thin oxygen at altitude. At 2000 feet it's 20% ish.... at 5000 its 17% ish... not a huge difference. At 8000 (like Aspen Co.) it's around 15%...
