This is very odd, yes he started his career with Ottawa, however he played seven years with Senators and eight with Hawks, including three cups. Something is rotten in Denmark. - Angotti
There was also the postponement of the Hossa event at the UC.... |

You were always right about Bettman hating the Hawks. Who knew? |

My comparison was about an 18 year old that took 5 years to figure it out, and was a big 6'4 200lb player that couldn't stay on his feet the first couple of years. You are correct, different era's, different styles of play,
You could say that about Dennis Hull, who was unfairly compared to Bobby. He couldn't stay on his skates his first couple of years in the league either, and he had no clue where his shot was going, usually high and wide. - LAHawk
Zibanejad didn't break out until he was 25 but was also too good to be playing in the AHL and he was a bust before he was a key piece in NY. |

In 2012-2013, Z played 42 NHL games and had .476 points per game. He also played 23 AHL games and had .478 points per game. He must have been too good for both leagues. |

Yep, complete sense. Which of those geniuses said that eating eggs would kill you? Which said that closing the Chicago lakefront bike path would stop the spread? Which said that an outdoor drive-in movie theater needed to close to stop the spread? Which said that college athletes would DIE if there was a college football season? Which said that 15 days of isolation would stop the spread? Which said that wearing a mask was dumb, and then later said it was.essential? Which genius determined that people could go on a boat with only two others, even if you have a family of six? Maybe it is the myriad of geniuses who shame us to lock down and wear a mask, and don't do so themselves? Which genius told us that the Super Bowl would be a superspreader event?
Who is the dunce, the person who automatically listens to these geniuses or the person who questions them?

You got it all wrong, we all need to listen to Joe Rogan, not the 50 governors who got the vaccine, or all 9 that sit on the Supreme Court, or 97 US Senators, even the 45th president took the jab. |

You know the nice thing about science and discovery is they are willing to admit they are wrong to best help people with whatever information they can gather. |

At the beginning of a novel virus, the medical professionals don't know all the answers, because it's a NEW virus. They learn as they go. That's how medicine progresses.

I wouldn't expect you to see this distinction, but here goes anyway.....
There is a difference between using the opinions of said illuminati to help one make a choice, and society using the opinions of the illuminati to force a decision upon the people. |

Honestly i was surprised with that, especially the governors. Didn't think that info was true until governor Texas got the vid and they came out and said he's had the vaccine and is only having mild symptoms.
I also know someone who works at one of the 2 companies and he explained everything about the vaccine and how it was developed, so i asked him if he'd take it and he said he did already. |

So S. Jones singlehandedly accounts for over 60% of the blueline point production so far this season and is second only to Kane in SOG. That, to me, is pretty impressive production. I would like to see him paired with Stillman a bit as I have a feeling they would actually compliment each other nicely.

Getting ready for the inevitable shutdown once again. Watch for it. Canada will be determined to be awash in the coof, soon to be followed by the United States in lockstep fashion. The better to round everyone up, my dear. There HAS to be a cause, right? |

Since you admit that the people with the fancy degrees can be wrong, what specifically makes you sure they are right the next time? I have no problem with following the advice of experts; I just think we should each retain the right to decide for themselves.
The "smart people" deciding what is right for the "little people" is a very dangerous thing, imo. |

Just like believing the Head of the House Intelligence Committee claiming for years he had irrefutable proof that Trump colluded with Russia in the '16 election. Oh, wait.

Hey, Mo! The bulk of the "smart people" seem to be gathering their information in front of a television. That's not to say that alternative sources are necessarily reliable.
What it seems to prove is that whoever controls the message, controls everyone else's fate. Not good. (As if any form of truth ever resided in sheer numbers). |

Don't know about that, don't care, I'm more upset they didn't find weapons of mass destruction and all those military personnel paid the ultimate price. |
