Glad these points are in hand now because pain is coming. They've been pretty lucky with injuries so far. If they can keep this run going a little longer they can afford to slide a bit and still make the playoffs. A 9-1 run goes a long way at the end.

10 and 1 now.

I'm hoping for 2 out of 4 points this weekend. I agree on banking the points. They won't be winning at this level all season but I'm hoping the losing streaks are just 1 or 2.

Oh (frank) the Crylander fans'll be going wah wah

That reminds me of one of my favorite music videos. Unreal talent on one stage and a tribute to George with a song that he was basically calling Paul a cry baby and there's Paul playing keyboards (not looking very happy though)

It was good when it first opened and everything was actually - fresh.
Now the food is crap. Old lettuce, week old chicken etc.

- TurdFergeson

Technically a week old chicken is a chick

Game day! I would play Woll against the penguins myself but I am no coach.

Perhaps Keefe wants the best chance of avenging the 7-1 debacle against the Penguins.

I'd be focused on more than that. Like which team Campbell should start against.

I also wouldn't be surprised if they did use Woll to give Campbell the extra day of rest as they have been really trying to manage him.

It was the concert for George a year after his passing. Wah Wah was the last song at Royal Albert Hall in England for that concert - which is fabulous, I've owned it since it was out. The Monty Python stuff is great, the music is outstanding.

Beatle George was not taken seriously by Paul and John early on. Later, perhaps they subconsciously knew that the material George was coming up with at the end of the Beatles - 'Something', 'Here Comes the Sun', 'All Things Must Pass' - was superior to their own work.

I was in the town parade down main street, walking behind the mayor who was on a horse drawn carriage. The horse poop and I stepped in it because I couldn't see through my Munchie head and the whole town went eeewwwwww.

Superior?! Perhaps on a level. I'm a huge Beatles fan but the overcooked praise late-Beatles phase George garners? It's all too much.

Per "All Things Must Pass", Christgau gets it right:
But he's never been good for more than two songs per album, and after "My Sweet Lord" I start to get stuck.
- Robert Christgau

It really should have been a single LP.

Very interested to see what James Cameron does with all the film (60 hours worth with 150 hours of audio) he got access to of the boys from 1969. Apparently he did quite a job restoring it all - not surprising.

No I think McCartney said that. Then Jagger invited him onstage to do some blues covers.

Btw their recent literal blues covers record is awesome lol

Fan of all 3, Zeppelin/Stones/Beatles, they can poop talk each other all they want, won't matter to me.

I have a nice turntable set up, wonder if I can get it on vinyl? Give it that yummier sound.

Yeah they all rule. Be surprised if it's not on vinyl, the Stones like selling stuff.

I have all the original pressings of Zeppelin's albums on vinyl and they sound great after hundreds of spins.

Wish I still had my records from my younger years. It would be a decent collection.
