An interesting stat for you;
Canucks have 6 wins and in 5 of those 6 wins, Queen Hughes has played less than 23 minutes, in a majority of the teams losses he has played more than 23 minutes.

Less Queen Hughes and more evenly distributed minutes should help the team.

Less chasing the game from slow starts down a goal & that remedies itself. 1st periods have to key the success before the 2nd & 3rd can matter. I like our chances if we get to the 3rd in good shape. It’s the earlier periods we have sucked at.

Ya that doesn't paint the whole picture. In those losses where he played more than 23 minutes, were the Canucks leading at any point? How long were they losing for?

Hughes gets played more when the Canucks are down, looking to generate goals.

I didn't know I had to post all of that info. I thought I would just throw shit at the wall like Drance and Dayal do, whenever they want to rile up the masses.

Most of the time they show their info when they throw shit

And I think the only masses you're riling up here are yourself with your Hughes hate

I was supposed to be trading Miller but what about trading Boeser?

Boeser, Utunen to Seattle for Appleton, Soucy and Seattle 2nd
(When Appleton is healthy again)

Boeser isn’t untouchable.

Just get any young top 4 dman.

He would been worth more years agobif a team didn't need to qualify him at 7.5. Sounds dumb but we wasted him. His value was better when we could have got a cornerstone dman. Insert Dumba joke could careless just start to build a proper defense before worrying about our wingers

Boeser isn't untouchable, but the return would have to be pretty big IMO. I think Miller should be the guy to go first for age and cap reasons, but I wouldn't be against trading Boeser for a player like Byram or Dobson or Schneider.

Trading JTM and Boeser would drastically change the makeup of the team, and if they both went you'd definitely need to be getting some forward help as it'd be pretty bare up there.

With all the supposed fantastic drafting that's been done finishing at the bottom of the league for the better part of the past six years you'd think the organization would have some depth built into it....NO?

I played hockey last night, missed the game, looks like they played well. Maybe I should skip watching the games as I could be a bad luck curse on the team

It’s next to the space bar and he either didn’t re read before he hit submit or he was too lazy to fix it. Let’s give him his 15 minutes, he’s been beating the trade Boeser drum for a long while and now others are climbing aboard.

I'm not onboard with trading Boeser, but fuck it, if it fixes the defense (in part) it'll be well worth it. If the Canucks aren't going to change the coach, who's unwilling to change his ways, then you might as well trade him because they're wasting his talent.
