Yep. Hopefully the positive that comes out of this is it creates a little competition. Salo looked like he belonged along with Panik. The “identity” line on the other hand

Not sure what they were identifying as last night but it wasn’t good.

The 4th line has been owned this year and have given up a lot of goals against. I think panik should take Martin's spot for a few games

That Martin giveaway was terrible. Clutterbuck and cizikas were to me visibly bad. With that said I can’t see trotz sitting him but who knows? Team is in a pretty desperate situation right now. Tonight should be interesting with two teams on the second half of a back to back and both lost. I think if we lose tonight even with the players we have out we see our regulars start being held with some level of accountability.

I'm not sure they have many options with all the guys out on protocol but I'd like to see a few feel some pressure on their spot in the lineup. Barzal is going and Nelson of late but man they need someone to help barzal on his line because eberle at least played well with him

I think the original line up trotz had pegged before our little super spreader event was a good one with Beau on his wing. Tough situation right now hopefully they can hold it down until we get some players back. I will say this IF Salo continues to play like he did last night at least we have options on the blue line to give Chara a rest. He needs one.

If not we’re (frank)ed trying to make up that ground in this division after that road trip and coupled with this covid debacle unfortunately may be an impossible hill to climb for this team. We’re not there yet but it’s becoming a concern.

Hearing #Isles have at least one more player in COVID protocol today.

Bridgeport plays at 3 p.m., should be obvious by then who is on his way to the Island for tonight.

Believe Anatolii Golyshev is getting a call-up. Could be others on the way depending on test results.

Barzal, who drove with Beau to the game last night I bet. Games should be canceled.

100%. I’m not sure what decides when they should reschedule games but if we have anything to do with that decision process they should be beating that drum. They could be potentially sacrificing the season right now. It doesn’t really matter which player it is if it’s a regular we’ll be pretty much useless tonight.

We’ll Barzal has been invisible a good portion of the season so maybe they won’t miss him.

Wouldn't it be ironic if Uncle Leo really WAS integral to the team's chemistry? I mean on a good day the guy was a mediocre talent, but his teammates all loved him.

The way they've been playing this season without him (except for one game), you'd almost think so.

Need to get it together for tonight's game. Another regulation loss will be a killer.

Good news. Wonder if bellows sits and he gives Golyshev a shot? Also makes you wonder if they’re doing rapid tests pregame that have a 60/40 chance of being accurate. That would be pretty stupid. I’m sure they’re doing PCR for back up but at this point the turn around should be quick enough.

Lou: Bellows tests positive for COVID-19.

But turns out Anthony Beauvillier was a false positive so he will be available tonight for #Isles.

No call-up from Bridgeport (AHL)

Absolute BS. Why are unreliable tests being used to determine a player's availability.

It is. Who knows Beau could’ve changed the tide last night. Scored a goal or two.
