It is difficult (impossible really) to make any determination aside from what the goal this year was for the Sabres when you saw who they signed for goaltenders.

True. Similar feeling when the Bills got rid of Watkins and Darby with Peterman and Taylor playing the most important position. A lot riding on Levi and UPL being "that guy". Similar to the Bills landing one out of the "5" in the 2018 draft.

I think they are correct to have a seasoned vet in the crease. A young developing team with razor thin confidence needs someone like Anderson just as much as the 2018 Bills needed Anderson.

UPL, Krebs, Quinn and Peterka need not be pulled up until late March/April. All of them with the exception on UPL could play on the team today. Keeping them in Rochester is setting them up for long-term success... Oh yeah, Tuch is a month or two away from being a beast on this team for many years to come. Future Captain.
