For as much blame as Mike Sullivan and the coaches take after a loss, how about a shout out for all of them because of how well the Pens are playing defensively and killing penalties. Also the goalie coach who has helped Carry turn things around.

Not sure where you're going with this. I don't care for Rodrigues and made that known.

He's having a career year. Are his numbers outstanding? No, outstanding for him, yes, good for him and probably 60% of the league. He's second in goals and points on a mid pack team, (goals and standings).

The bottom line is this team has three older centers. ERod is certainly playing well enough to relieve some of the wear and tear in a long season. This being the first full season in three years. He should be playing as much or more than Blueger and Carter, not less.

Personally, its been exciting for me...or perhaps entertaining is the better word. Either way, most of the games so far have been good battles.
