This seasons success, or lack there of, has no correlation to the fortunes of the 2022/2023 season.

The Sabres have quite possibly the deepest pipeline of talent they have had since the early 2000’s, however they lack a franchise Center since trading Eichel.

I don’t care about losing 30 more games this year by tanking if it means getting a high end Center prospect that will pay dividends when the core of this team is thriving a couple of seasons from now

Adams shouldn’t feel the heat this year regardless of what happens, unless Pegula wants to continue on this feedback loop from hell.

Look at what Yzerman is doing in Detroit when given a leash and no pressure to speed things up.

Lucas Raymond has 20 points in 21 games, Seider looks like future Norris Candidate. It pays to pick early and get blue chippers.

Sure, defense is obviously another area that needs to be looked at, just like goaltending. Idk why we can't work on improving our goaltending now just because the defense gives up shots.

I know this post isn't directed at me, but my whole gripe is they gave up on the season in November when they didn't have to. Not fair to us the fan.

Last week you had us in the playoffs...

They are built to Draft early next season.
Bad goaltending allows the young players to develop offensively, but also allows us to lose.

No offense, but you seem really confused.

I don't like Dell but fix your defense, go get a 1RD and let the players fall where they should be.
