They need a good goalie or all the young players are going to go into tank mode and not learn a thing this year. They will digress and then not be able to play well when the better players come back. All the good draft picks over the years will be for not, and the Sabres will be letting them go like Jack and Sam. This mediocre play has got to stop. The team looks like they have given up. It is much too early in the season to give up. They will still be in the bottom eight, however, being dead last again is not good for morale at all.
