This team is incredibly frustrating to watch this year. They refuse to methodically make their way down the field. It's an ADD offense and it shows.

I see a lot of assignment confusion on the offense, a lot of route confusion from all of the WR's. Absolutely no discipline on offense or as a team.

At this point I have to believe this coaching staff isn't doing what it needs to do to have this team ready for game day.

At least the defense showed up today because the offense gets caught with their cocks in their hands way too much.

He's always chasing ghosts out there. Seems like for every big play he makes, he blows coverage on about 5 others.

However, his absence last week shows how important he is to this team. I haven't seen enough growth from him to give him a big extension but if he takes a reasonable deal on 3-4 years, there are worse things to do with the salary cap.
