Yep. Sabres are getting from Anderson what they should have expected: completely passable goaltending from a 40-year-old goaltender who wasn't going to be able to play 50 games

It looks like they finally found a good combo in Adams and Granato. Hopefully the Pegula's stay out of the way.

3/4 of this team won't be here in 2 years. At this point, Roch is really the more important team. This feels pretty close to a scab team.

I like that he's fearless, too. He knows he's quick enough to recover. Has some swagger. Perfect bottom pair guy, if he keeps progressing.

I keep saying that my hope for this team rests in Ventura. A good TDL and round of contract decisions would go a long ways with me. Still a lot of damage to repair from KA's first year, but at least there's some signs that things are improving and there's a plan here.

I am still at least 2 seasons (maybe 3 if you add a Theador type next to him soon) from giving up on him… he’s too young with too much raw talent. It’ll click for him.
