If they really need a skilled LW, then they take a chance late in the season and lose the versatility. They spend more by moving him and someone else. They need to be able to score 5v5. If they decide weak LW is holding that back, they’ll do something. They can give Bunting some more time in the first and Kerfoot has had some very good stretches.

Most versatile effective forward they got not making 7+ million.

Also, how does trading kerfoot make space for a forward making more than him, yes, even at the deadline the leafs only take a part of the contract on but they only get rid of part of Kerfoot’s as well.

They can’t afford a couple hundred thousand let alone a couple million more.

Never been there, what kind of food? When I went to a Leaf game in Boston, a Broons fan friend of mine took me to this joint owned by Ray Bourque. Was pretty good. Bourque looks like he's well fed these days. Couldn't fit him and Byfuglien on the same elevator without exceeding capacity.

Kerfoot is valuable to Leafs simply because his salary combined w/ skill set is not something that is easily replaceable in trade or on open market... He's not the guy they should be looking to move.

Unless another versatile player comes back he never goes.

Every team needs a guy like him, one who can be plunked into any spot of the roster due to an injury. No way the leafs throw that away to get a a guy with a couple dozen more points. The leafs don’t need that. They have an incredible powerhouse of players when it comes to offence already. They need versatility more tbh.

Unless it’s one of my long hospital stays… I remember my mom and gf bringing it to me so my opinions about fast food (Wendy’s, McD’s, Timmy’s, etc) was WAY above my normal opinion compared to hospital food
