Kampf back at practice today.
I’m actually shocked the leafs are practicing today. I thought it would’ve been a win tonight and you guys can have the day off and enjoy football today as a reward. |

All the Overdrive guys could talk about is how it was the perfect time for a green light for the bars in LA after the game if they won. It's no wonder O'Dog retired early. |

It happened right after he missed on a point blank shot for a goal. He was pissed off, intent was clear. Kampf wasn't even close to the puck. - winsix
Ugh
Just because he missed a shot, doesnt mean he was pissed to the point of trying to injure anyone.
Plus how can you tell what he was feeling?
It simply doesnt look intentional.
Most hockey talking heads ive heard today dont seem to think it was intentional as well. |

I just love how the projector is powered up, she backed into the perfect focus spot and he asked if the chairs are free when there's only the two couples there. |

I actually like him and the show, but their constant glorification of heavy drinking is a drag sometimes. |

Intent is a judgement call, the rest is bullpoop. It happened right after he missed a scoring chance. It was a bad hit no matter which way you judge intent and I don't care if 1000000000000 people say there was no intent - it cannot be determined. The ref called it tripping FFS - that's gross incompetence.

I'd love to hear more talk about nutrition and training as professional athletes rather than 'go time' at the bar, but that's probably why none of them were notable players. The bingeing culture focus is just overdone on that show imo. |

Ugh, we hear about nutrition and training all the time on so many shows.
The stories off the ice can be interesting.
11 nhl seasons, a 40 goal scorer.
He was a notable player.

I never hear serious training talk on sports talk radio, unless Gary Roberts is being interviewed. Like I said, I like the show but all the talk about 'green lights' to 'get after it' in the bars bores me. O'Dog himself has said his career was cut short because of lifestyle. |

That's all correct, I believe it would be pointless for Keefe to complain. First LA not is in their conference and likely have only an outside chance to be in the playoffs. Keefe also was probably aware that if he criticized the call, he would be at risk of a fine. The main reason there will be no suspension or even review IMO is that the correct call was not made on the ice. The only contact made was to the head, if it was penalized as a head shot, there would have been an automatic review by the league IMO. For me it sucks that officials are beyond reproach in situations like this. |
