 i remember during the contending years (2009-12) how it felt weird to expect to win. it didn't feel "canuck" to expect to win.
aside from a few years of good teams, this (nowadays) is exactly how it feels being a canuck fan.

Depends on who wanted to re-sign whom. If JB wanted Green back and FA was against it, I feel like he would be mad and both would have been fired already.

i don't feel that way. it feels like they (FA) want "big names" now. either a big name coach or big name GM.
as to why TG was brought back, i think both (JB & FA) liked the shape of the team and attributed last season to a lot of "external" factors. i think marwood might have the list. |

you would think their luck would turn around but nope, it's one hot goalie after another.
i think the goal should be not to get shutout. that's pretty much a victory when you're up against this level of goaltending. |
