I would start over in a heartbeat if they could get a good young defenseman and a center for Pettersson. Like Quinton Byfield and Brandt Clarke out of LA. Then trade a Boeser and Miller to Minny for Fiala and Dumba.

I’m a realist, Francesco is the defacto President and he isn’t giving that up any time soon. I agree with you, the organization needs a properly structured management system, but I just don’t see it happening.

I thought it had pretty much happened last season that he wasn't good enough but JB thought otherwise, unless it was FA that wanted Green back. Which maybe JB wanted a different voice and that's why he hired Shaw.

Who knows what wanted what in that front office.

Babcock was also probably the reason Franzen had an NHL Career.

That was NHL culture during those years though. Maybe Babcock has grown and learned since.

He was also the only NHL coach he played for.
