Score effects. A team behind in the game, normally generates more shots than the opposition. The Flyers allow the most shots because their transition game stinks and they don't generate attack time and spend too much time defending. They also don't defend well in terms of shot suppression.

So far its men against boys.

Yes, they spend far too much time in their own end, mostly because they suck at breakouts, too many turnovers at their blue line. This is not a new problem.

Its frustrating for sure but Rangers got some luck via the lottery + it helps when 2 of their top dmen essentially forced trades to NYR. Fox said he only would play for them and Trouba gave limitations for his destination to accommodate his wife’s schooling. What frustrates me the most is they seem to have found their next Henrik. That happened too quickly after years of Henrik torturing us
