Offensively, Hamilton is one of the best ... defensively .. he has his flaws. But I will say you don't pay Hamilton for his defense, you pay him for what we are seeing, his ability to drive the offense. The Flyers only get this, not at the same level, from Ellis, which is why they are struggling so badly right now.

Yes, well Carlo also plays for one of the best defensive structured and disciplined teams in the league, so of course these numbers look good. Like I said, it depends on what your favorite stat is. If you are old school like me and care more about points, goals and +/-, the story would be very different.
