McCann with his 9th and 10th goal in 17 games.
Not too shabby for a 2.9M cap hit guy...

Dude, I started reading Lone Wolf and Cub. I'm digging it. I'm getting back into graphic novels and comics in a big way.
- Zezel

There are some glorious cinematic moments in that series. Glad you're enjoying!

Can we at least trade Kerfoot and a 7th for McCann?

I screwed up last week and took Josi instead of Makar in the 1 pool

Close to 50 shots for Winterpeg and lose 1-0 to Arizona.

Somehow Vancouver/Montreal was not a 3-point game.

Josh Anderson had a great assist on Vancouver's second goal.

An ok player will score more on a poop team than he will on a good team. Just ask Connor Brown if you don't believe me.

For the all the talk of Boston still being Boston, they are struggling this season. I'm calling it now. They won't be in the playoffs this year.

Edit: Ullmark was not a good signing

Currently

Toronto
Florida
Tampa Bay
(Top 3 in Atlantic)
Washington
Carolina
NY Rangers
(Top 3 in Metropolitan)

Top 5 Wild card for last two spots:
Pittsburgh 25P
Columbus 24P
Detroit 23P
Boston 22P
New Jersey 22P

So nope, unless they turn it right around it’s not looking good for Boston, and Marchand getting a 3 game suspension today isn’t going to help.

I don't see them making top 3 in the division. Wild card is their only chance and I don't know if they will get there.

If it keeps going this way I can see the penguins and blue jackets land it… Altho part of me would like it to be Detroit as well. Especially if the leafs got to play them and Bertuzzi couldn’t go on the road games

I’m not sure how it works but when the total points are even does it go by whoever has the most wins? For instance NJ has the same points as Boston but not as many wins. They’re 9-6-4 and the Bruins are 11-7-0

Me too… dad is a habs fan and my brother in law is a Bruins fan so to see them both miss out in the same year would be pleasant for me lol

Yeah it goes by wins excluding shootouts, then head-to-head record with the two teams.

Greater number of regulation wins
then Greater number of Overtime wins (excluding shootouts)
then Greater number of total wins
then better record head to head
then greater goal differential

I guess it's about time to admit that I might have been a bit harsh on Kerfoot. He's played very well of late and looks like a very good fit with JT and Willy. Usually first man in on the forecheck too.
Still wish he was a tad cheaper tho.

Are there any other players on the team that I should motivate next? Beginning to think they might be reading my stuff here.

You broke it down better than me. Leafs doing well on regulation and OT wins so far too.
