Okposons is the only player combination that has been able to keep Eakin afloat. For everyone else, it's like tying a literal boat anchor to a styrofoam cup.

They like Hayden here. I think Murray is forcing his way to stay here. Mark Jankowski was not a required signing. I don't think you go through that process to boot him down after one game. Eakin is a (frank)in' bum but he's taking line rushes with Vinny and Janko. So. I don't (frank)in know. Logistically sending Murray down makes sense but it's stupid. Just put Wolanen on waivers and call it a day.

Well for the choices Granato has there getting there up front.

Captain Eakin of the USS Failboat wins faceoffs and plays PK. He has a use, and that's not sucking for 5% of the time. I think if the org had better center depth (Jankowski???) they could throw him somewhere else.
