Eakin, addition by subtraction, as you said he's an anchor. At least Hayden has something (face punching), we need a 7th d so....
- QuinnFan

Bryson (on paper), when he comes back, is your 7th D. (Dahlin, Pysyk, Joker, Miller, Hagg, Butcher, Bryson).

Waive Wolanin, and call up Samuelsson or Fitz until Bryson is back.

Dahlin for sure. Max was a 3rd round pick. For as frustrating as Max was, he was ALWAYS going 100% and always just as exciting as he was frustrating.

Dahlin plays like he has training wheels on.

Argue all you want, Dahlins hockey sense or IQ is bad. He looks lost on defense most nights, like he has no idea where to be, who to cover, positioning. I’ll let the 2 bad PP turnovers slip, as I think it’s pressure to make a magical play happen for no reason, but he is not good at the defense. I’d like to see his straight even strength numbers over the past couple years

Dahlin. My expectations for Max were way, way lower

Hayden hasn’t done anything to warrant a roster spot and I cant tell the difference between bjork, rustolanen, and historonza.

IMO Murray is worth keeping around for a longer look. Get rid of any of the above starting with Hayden.

I would imagine all the forwards are staying, at least until Tuch gets back.

Olofsson is 26 and playing at a .ppg clip.

"Does he fit the timeline" or is he more valuable as a trade chip? 27 at the start of next year, small and a definite power play specialist. After giving Skinner a big contract with a NTC, and refusing to give a 7x7 deal to Reinhart, I can't see them signing Olofsson long-term.

If Vancouver wants to shake things up, maybe Olofsson and Dahlin for Boeser, Horvat, Podkolzin and Demko?

There's no point to keeping Murray around, if he's your 14th F. That's why every team has a Hayden. You play Murray, or send him down.

Afinogenov had Mcdavid speed with peewee level hockey IQ. He was and still is the most frustrating player the sabres ever had.

I do that in a heartbeat, but do they? We’d have to add a pick I bet

You're not getting all that for Dahlin and Olo, not a chance.

Dahlin is NO Karlsson, not even close, he is not even Better then Quinn Hughes at this point. Tell me I'm wrong.
- hehateme

Karlsson lite I said prior.

And I'll take Dahlin. He has 2 less points playing with scrubs for partners and their advanced stats are pretty similar

Well we have a while until any further roster decisions are needed. Drake and Tuch are out a while. By then we'll have a big sample from Murray and Jankowski. I know they like Jankowski's versatility, so all he really needs to do is outplay Eatkid for a while. Trading Bjork and Eakin for picks would be the right decisions.
