I can’t see them doing much to improve defense or goalie. Sitting at 25th and a tough little stretch of games coming up. They don’t want to hurt the tank.
This is still a very young team. Gonna be bumps in the road, gotta learn to play the whole 60. But Adams has to look and see that this team is farther ahead then anyone could have expected.Throw your team a bone, we can afford a pick or 2 and not hurt the future. - Buff36
I see you saying the bolded all the time.
What does it mean? How are they further ahead? Because they scored 4 goals against an expansion team while giving up 7? Because they beat a horrendous Montreal team?
I think your bud Rsh made a typo when he typed "offer". I think he meant "offended". Just having a bit of fun. However, my attempt at humor fell flat, similar to Dahlin's game tonight.

This isn’t directed at 36, it’s more to your point, but I don’t get the blind optimism.
Adams has a poop ton of work to do and he’s completely unproven he can handle it
Tage Thompson is a nice story this year, but other than that, this team is horrendous for the most part
They can’t sit there and continue to lose every single game. It’s going to wear on the few players we have that will be here 2-3 years from now

He is "handling it" just fine, by restocking the cupboards and being patient and not rushing the kids.
He fumbled the goalie situation, but there was no way he should have overpaid for Ullmark, who is inconsistent and injury prone.

The important players and young prospects are playing very well. Except dahlin.
Skinner with his long term deal - important bounce back
Tage looking like eichel heavy. 1C material
Olo proving 5 x 5 points and ppg guy
Cozens has put up good points
Asplund had a good nhl run
Murray showing potential
Less importantly:
okposo looking like a captain
MItts hurt unfortunately
The goaltending situation is the tank move. With vinnie. Hayden, eakin, ect.

He's handling it fine, if you ignore his first year. There's some reason to, but it's hard to completely forget. - Lunaion
Not worried about his first year. Just worried about what he does going forward. However, for the amount of pressure that has been placed on him, as a rookie GM, I think he's done very well so far. But time will tell.

His first year was a 0. My hope is in the people he's hired.
