The NHL should absolutely rethink participation in the Olympics.... these players are paid quite well to play here in this league and be available for the organizations that pay them..... not to mention the fans who support them.... too many potential problems can come from Olympics participation and as a fan its my opinion that from day 1 the NHL signed on it was a mistake.... but whatever they decide it would sure be detrimental to teams who suddenly have covid issues at seasons end going into the playoff run.... dumb decision from the start

It's my understanding that once a player is in China and tests positive for covid, that player is quarantined for 2 or 3 weeks. Well, what happens if that player tests positive before the semi finals or finals? His NHL will be missing that player for another 3 weeks or more once the regular season resumes. Agreed this was a stupid move by the NHL. Let's hope they can back out of it.

Well, traditionally the definition of a vaccine "working" would mean that a person is inoculated and does not get nor do they transmit the disease for which they were vaccinated. THAT used to be the definition before crappy covid vaccines came about. And it still IS the real definition for rational thinking people.

If all they do is prevent hospitalization or death (that's a good thing), they are NOT vaccines, but are instead therapeutics. And they're experimental at that since NO ONE knows the long term effects these things will have on people. By taking them, you are putting your immune system on a subscription basis for perpetual boosters in the largest ever drug trial in the history of mankind.

What they are not in favor of is unconstitutional lock downs and vaccine mandates.

The best thing to do is turn off the tv. I haven’t looked in on Fox, MSLSD, or CNN for more than 5 years They’re all trash. The propaganda is so transparent and the personalities are insufferable. The truth is almost nowhere. I have found some places where I can get some truth. Lew Rockwell, Taki’s Mag, AT, ZH, CFP, CTH, GP are some where you can get some truth. Victor Davis Hanson is pretty good at putting all the news in a historical context.

I am not sure what deals Branden has made with China, but after the olympics China will probably invade Taiwan and if you thought Afghanistan was a mess wait until Branden has to react to that situation
