I understand that's the theory but where does that actually translate in real life? I don't see it with the Flyers. Or anyone else for that matter. If a player needs to score one goal to get confidence, maybe they never had it in the first place. I don't really know but it just sounds stupid to me.

It's a human trait. I bet Farabee feels a lot better playing after scoring 3 straight games. You ever get frustrated? Of course. I would bet if JVR would score a goal or two. He would get hot.

me too. USually when a player is snake bit, they try harder and you can see the effort but its not going in. I dont see that at all.

I don't really know about that. I mean, if we're talking about Ovie not scoring for 3 games, maybe that's the case. But JVR or anyone else on this team, not so much. I know I picked the extreme, but I think it makes the point.
