So true. I liked AV when he first came to the Flyers, but something has been lost and the PP ... not good. I usually don't say this, but maybe a new voice - too bad Scott Gordon isn't around anymore - he worked well with young talent. - RustyPipes
In the off season after last year. I gave the coaching staff somewhat of a pass because of the situation and the lack of practice time. Many disagreed with me. Well I have to say now, they were right and I was wrong. This coaching staff has showed no signs of being able to adjust and correct any issue with this team. You could see this coming since the start of the season. They did nothing. Time for them to go. They have to salvage what they can from this season and try to put whatever stability then can back in for the younger players. Can't keep ruining players and wasting development years. |

no problem
There is still plenty of season left, but I don't see the same team with the same coaching staff going forward and expecting a different result. - RustyPipes
Wildcard not a longshot yet. Could be looking at this murder schedule against highend teams next 5 |

Good thing the coaches worked on Monday. Hopefully they will work harder tomorrow - corduroy
They'll be there all day. Unfortunately. One of the more ridiculous things I've heard a GM say.

I’ve already started to look at mock drafts. It’s come to this from a season I had high hopes for. It may be prudent to see if there are any guys they can move at the deadline for draft picks. |

AV definitely wears out his welcome. He can work with talent. But, his turn the other cheek approach is hard to love as a fan. He benches players for showing fire. Frustrates and alienates them. |

The Kraken are more fun to watch - rayc16
I just read that the Kraken have scored 18 more goals than the Flyers in 2 more games. |

I was going to treat myself to a new Flyers jersey for Christmas, but now I guess I'll enjoy a new Air Fryer instead. |

It's weird. Everyone said before the season that the Kraken would be bad offensively but good defensively. Well it turns out that they're a top 10 team in goals. They don't play bad but their goaltending has been terrible.

Go for a old school pressure cooker instead. Its more useful all around.

So are we all on board this team blows? Or are some still making excuses and giving false hope |

1) Hardly any fire being shown by the team as a whole this season (maybe not at all).
B: They've been stretched so thin lately that there aren't any healthy scratches left. It's been sending players up/down from/to the Phantoms. |

Totally agree, shouldve kept the coaches in florida. The jersey and this game were must win games. Too late to make up the ground. But here's hoping they just don't ride out the season with this staff. |
