Posession is a team stat. The guy starts almost 60% of the time in his own zone and you expect him to be rocking posession. My eye test says he spends a lot of time being the last guy back covering bad pinches from OEL and Hughes. Lots of ridicule on how he's defending odd man rushes, not a lot of criticism about what's causing them.
