Almost halfway, fast pace. Seattle getting chances and onlt a few good ones given up at all too.

So far been able to avoid and break up the Sharks offence and getting some decent ozone time.

D been shaken up. Gio with Lauzon. Dunn with Larsson. Oleksiak and Soucy. Interesting mix up for tonight.

Still no stops in play at all.

Utterly fast period.

Seattle playing well. Limiting the Sharks to only a few chances. Dreidger looks himself which scares me but Reimer is Reimer too.

Kraken definitely getting more chances and have been able to break up a lot of the Sharks rushes

A very solid start of the game. A good sign.

Solid first period, no slow start which is excellent here. Back to back games where they came out like that. Very fast pace, not a lot of stops at all. McCann is flying tonight and dangerous out there. Dreidger looks like himself, making the stops so far thankful looked like the one really big chance it hit post and out. He still scares me in there though. Change in defence has seemed to be good.

Big thing is turnovers and mistakes have been limited and they were able to really get the board battles and grinding in keeping things in the Sharks zone and breaking up their rushes in their own end of the rink.

Now hopefully will have their typical usual solid 2nd and can find a way to get some by Reimer.

Sharks pressing and man d bailed out Dreidger and then Larsson saves another one there after a rebound right to the Shark in front. LUCKY break right there

Man guys have to get it going here and get back to attacking and not letting the Sharks get those kinds of chances. Two now that really should have gone in and some great goaltending by the Kraken defencemen!!

Late penalty but so far so good. Dreidger making a nice stop and follows up another on a onetimer from Burns.

Jarnkrok, Turbo, Soucy, and Larsson out there killing it off here and looking really solid. Big shot block by Tanev.

And they kill it off!

40 minutes and thought the Sharks had more chances and were far better there. Weaker period again, same as last game there. Not that good when they were so dominant up to recently.

Thankfully there was some very great defensive play as Dreidger was not that good or sound really. D bailed and saved him. They need to dominate in the 3rd and generate some more chances on Reimer here because he is beatable.

McCann really is having a strong game up front there, really get the feeling he might just break through and score one here.

There it is!!!!

Donato!

Lucky bounce as he tries to get the rebound to his stick off the Sharks players skate but bout time we got a gift of a bounce!!!

And Donato one of the hard workers totally deserves it!

And Donskoi with the assist on the goal is marker 200 points for his career, and against his former team too

Dreidger with a nice glove save side to side there. Sharks pressing here well and trying to find the tying goal here.

Huge chance Geekie to Tanev but Reimer made a HUGE stop himself there. Almost a great counter attack just lacked the finish to get an insurance goal.

DAMN! 2:45 to go and Sharks pull Reimer.... and UGLY bounce off a blocked point shot by Burns it deflects right to Couture and he has a yawning open side to bury it in.

2 minutes to go and its 2-1 now

30 seconds left, Sharks pressing hard and damn Dreidger almost gave it away himself but made a few more stops to keep it 2-1. Net comes off and so get the stop.

Timeout now called and Kraken have to just make sure they get the faceoff here. Get the puck and just lock it all down here.

There it is! Jarnkrok finishes off Wennberg to Appleton and in for the ENG and its over baby

3-1 KRAKEN WIN!!!!!!

That was a solid 3rd period by the Kraken. They didn’t sit back when they got the 1st goal and took control. It was crazy for Driedger to go up the middle with the puck. Strange season for Donskoi without a goal and all those assists. Reminds me of a season Nichushkin had in Dallas with no goals the whole season with a bunch of assists. Kraken showed poise in the 3rd.

Stunned on this post game show here.... Driedger is the hot hand and was great tonight?

Larsson and the d corp saved him twice, the post saved him early on one that went through him and pinged back out thankfully, he tried to play the puck with the goalie pulled up the middle of the ice and literally almost gave the game away there. He is scrambling and looking like a poor man's Hasek and he played great?

No the team played a damn good game in front of him and were lucky and almost all the bounces went our way tonight. You do NOT come back with him tomorrow vs Anaheim. Gru is the #1 PERIOD!! Only way you let him go back to back looking like that is if Gru can't go.

Yeah they played a very solid first and third. They had another uncharacteristic 2nd period there but not terrible. The defence deserves HUGE credit tonight.

Donskoi, Donato, Tanev, Eberle, and McCann all were just big tonight. Even Schwartz though he can be a bit bad with the giveaways sometimes but he was good tonight too.

Still don't know why Jarnkrok gets put ahead of others but tonight he had a decent game. The big PK with Tanev for instance.

I haven’t watched the Kraken much but I was impressed with Eberle’s two way game. Haven’t really seen that throughout his career but if he’s doing that regularly that’s an evolving of his game.

Well he has gotten better from where he was. He was still a pretty bad +/- there for a while but he also is one of the big offensive weapons too. Not always his fault there and that is the misleading stat too.

I think the real surprise is McCann being the other big offensive weapon beside Eberle.

Dissapointing game against the Ducks. More aelf inflicted misery there. The SHG really hurts. Gru another lousy game and Driedger finishes it in the 3rd no less. Not at all thrilled how that went there.

Need to regroup and find themselves for saturday night.

Least Donato scored again.
