Thanks Carol, as Drance notes, while the “team” value may be a bit down the list, real estate in Vancouver more than makes up the difference. I would also add, that like stats, accounting can have a way of making a situation appear better/worse than it really is. I’m sure the family is doing fine.

Sitting on the beach in La Vantana south of La Paz. Maybe 6 people as far as I can see. We’re taking the ferry out of La Paz on Friday to Topolobombo north of Mazatlan then driving Sunday to Sayulita til may.
