Goalies are the worst. I’ve disliked 90% of the goalies I’ve played with. Freaks - CanuckDon
Yeah, the guys who retire with all of their teeth. The only ones on the ice that wear equipment specifically designed to protect them from standing in front of pucks. Freaks. |

Totally disagree. And didn't really care what he sounded like. His drafting was above average for sure. He signed some top player - at the time, and he made some good trades. He needed a president that guided him and Aquaman needed to stay out of it but interfered even to the point of side lining Linden, who should have been listened to. - TJTD
More accurate than some would admit. 👍
Now that the house is cleaned lets hope most fans grow up & move forward. Chances of them remaining fickle etc is still high. |

Did you read my post? I didn't female dog or moan. I said I would be more than willing to have a crap team for 20 years if we got 2 cups out of the deal. - Retinalz
it was an agreement and a mocking of the immediate response of (frank) not Rutherford (frank) he trade wienerhead, (frank) he traded a 1st, (frank) he is old etcetera. You had a good post, several overreacted like I am now. |

If I may:
A) Roomful of drunken hockey players or girl who's into Goalies?
B) Piss fights or deodorant over B.O.?
C) Guilty as charged
D) Better pucks than other dudes humping each other constantly chasing a black piece of rubber.
E) Jealousy

Who were you hoping for? - dbot
I think an experienced coach is needed, especially with a relatively younger core.
I dont like the idea of bringing in a president/interim GM who notoriously dishes out 1st and 2nd round picks like the general manager he is replacing. I think you build through the draft, and when you trade picks away constantly, you end up with what we have now. |

It's nothing against Rutherford. It's more so about the history and philosophy of whoever they bring in. I don't want to see any more 2nd and 1st round picks dealt. |

That’s fair but we all know Aquilini isn’t rebuilding: Bo and Miller are staying around. All we can do is hope the new guys suck less. |

Oh believe me, with the history of losing this franchise has, nobody wants to live in the past. I'm excited we got Bruce b, he was my first choice. I'm hoping the canucks can grab Chris McFarland as a GM. I don't like the idea of botterill or chayka. |

This is actually a really nice and refreshing read. If he is true to his word about building the future and not at the expense of the present, I can get behind that. Forgive me, it's been 8 years of being fed lies and bullpoop by our last GM, it's hard to take their word for what it is lol |

Not it at all.
There are plenty of good teams who have good prospect pools and all their picks. It just feels like it has to be one or the other because of what Benning has done. |

Again idc about the past or even a reference of it.
Lets turn the page. My focus is on the ice & seeing a team having fun & skating hard. W’s & L’s take care of itself. A team identity is priority & starts at the top. |
