On the ice the talent is there so I start with line dynamics & the 3rd wheel as the gel. Systems & D zone play is on the coaches & all 5 on the ice to execute.

Again, we are starting new with the vacancy spots of President, gm and coach. 2 have been filled, and with everyone wanting experience, are we not allowed to base our opinions on their experience and history?
