Being in warm/hot weather for a brief time is fine, but when you live in it day after day it grinds on you. Trust me. Living in Arizona for 35-40 years, the heat gets to you. It’s sucks. And don’t give me the dry heat sh!t. Day after day of temps over 110 sucks. That’s why I moved to Indiana.

What about the awesome drives at 2mph during rush hour?

The traffic “post” covid has gotten exponentially worse. In the last year I’ve never seen traffic like this in my life. There’s no getting around it anymore. You can’t time it there’s traffic 7 days a week 24 hours a day at any given moment. The real problem is an increase in population but nobody wants to say that.

The more I think about the possibility of a rebuild the more I’m on board with it. We already have in place a legit number 1 & 2 defenseman in Pulock and Pelech. Mayfield is a middling top 4/good bottom pair. Salo looks like he’ll be a top 4. A number one goaltender in sorokin. We have Barzal, Pageau, Nelson, Cizikas so our 1-4 centers are locked up already. Add a few good FA’s maybe a trade or two. With what we already have injecting some youth and piling up some picks in this upcoming draft becomes a heck of a lot more palatable.

Not saying it’s over just yet or Lameriello is even considering it because I know he’s not right now but if we continue to nose dive the team may be better for it.

Actually the population of New York has declined slightly the last 5 years. The population has stayed around 19 million since 2010. People are getting the hell out of here and Ca. As well. Wonder why?

That’s true unfortunately but will only be able to vote in NYC elections and not for state officials if the city council approves it. Just another example of the ridiculous leadership in this City/State.

The problem is, because of the pandemic, far fewer people are taking mass transit and car pooling. They're all in their own cars now clogging up the roads.

That’s a very good point. Also because of the pandemic and crime surge, A lot of people have moved out of the city and as you said driving in as well. Adding to the craziness.
