I see on his twitter that Shah has a thank you letter from Chris Gear. Which in it he states that his main responsibility was to sign RFA's.

Also, nice to see Bruce is going with his workhorses on the back end.
Haven't been able to watch, bit a friend, who is a bigger critic of Hughes, than I am, has said he has been playing quite well, as is Myers.
If that is so, the team has 3 solid defensemen once OEL comes back and Poolman Hamonic and Schenn make for an okay defense, if the team continues to play with decent systems.
I look forward to be able to watch my Canucks again.

Another example of those good old libs selling us out.

Its not that I hate Hughes as a player. Hes probably going to be a very good NHL player. Hes just the type of player that isnt going to be leading an NHL team to a cup.

If Van had top pairing D already, he would have been my first choice. Van doesnt though. They dont have anyone that even projects.
