Interesting piece on Ethan bear saying the oilers leadership abandoned him for a mistake in the playoffs, he got zero support according to him. Another example when things go south in Edmonton the finger pointing starts and negativity takes over. When I played competitively I always stuck up for my teammates and propped them up when they struggled, it does no good to beat them up.
