Was age 12 in '82. Don't remember much of the run to the final just pockets of memory. When the Oilers started winning cups was paying more attention. - LordHumungous
I know tiger 3rd party, his son lives in PG he's a record collector like me and we got to know each other, i asked tiger if the canucks could have used you in 2011 he spit out his snuff and went off like tiger with massive truth bombs lol. quite the character.
I think it’s clear that Rutherford thinks there’s a culture of losing and accepting mediocrity within the organization. These firings so early in his tenor have me thinking that he’s going to bring in people he believes he can win with. The two he let go he felt like they couldn’t.
I think the on ice product will be the same. I’ve heard a Horvat and Miller day on multiple occasions this year after losses that there were too many passengers, if there’s players consistently doing that now they’ll be gone.

They aren’t that good. Been saying it all year. They were getting wins but it was either a goalie stealing a game or pp pulling out a win. McD and Drai are getting worn out. But Tippet just keeps going to the well because he has nothing else. - TurdFergeson

That was the title of the article by SN. So Canucks get rid of the GM ,Asst GM who no one liked or knew what he did, The D coach , The head coach who no one liked or knew what he did , The analytics guy who was invisible, and the guy in charge of signing contracts and in charge of the cap.
I think most people are doing fucking cartwheels today.
