Until a trade happens there is no one else on the team outside of Panarin to "facilitate" Since Panarin and Strome are a thing it will continue to be Kreider and Zib as a pair due to their past history and the fact Gallant trusts them both together.

Much talk about the delays in testing in Canada…

The Calgary Flames did COVID tests on Saturday afternoon before their game versus the Boston Bruins that evening…they got the positive tests back late Saturday night.

Bs forward Brad Marchand was in that game, now in Protocol.

I'm sure its better in person, but I actually found it overall an irritating watch

But I think its incredibly stubborn and backwards to insist on doing that. This is one of those things we hated in Quinn, not making adjustments, not even bothering to try something fresh. Im not saying split em permanently… just give LAF, Zib, Gaut a few shifts together to see what they can come up with.

We've seen 23 players added to the NHL's Covid Protocol list inside the last 36 hours.

They were trying LAF on his off wing for a bunch of those games.

However like I said, there was a moment for a couple games where LAF and Gaut seemed to have been playing really well and linking up and felt that was a good moment to try it briefly.
