This has nothing to do with getting the shot. Whether you are vaccinated or not, you can get Covid and spread it to others. The vaccine does not prevent people from getting Covid and experiencing symptoms or even death, it simply reduces the chance you will get bad symptoms when if you get Covid! They are missing 3 players. Eichel who was injured when added, NoPa and Roy. The Flyers have more injured players. Also Lehner has not been good this season. The fact they played their backup would not have changed the results. If you cant win games with your backup goalie, whats the point of having one?

nah we have to weld people's doors shut to their builds and threaten them with torture like what China does
favorable schedule coming up for the rest of the month and not to bad in Jan. There is however some real test game between now and Jan 15, that is my date I believe. if the Flyers win against who they should and win 70-80% of the tough games, I wait a little longer before I go into rebuild. If they can't win the games they should and they can't compete against the better teams, don't fool yourself.
They play Pitt twice, Caps, Bruins, Rangers, Boston and Carolina all by Jan 15.
If they are healthy and show out during that stretch, they deserve more time.

The only down note in the game. Right after his third shift of the opening period, Morgan Frost exited up the tunnel and did not return. It seemed unusual, as there was no apparent injury. After the game, Flyers interim head coach Mike Yeo said that Frost, who had taken a COVID test earlier in the day, had to removed to due COVID protocols. The team will know more about his status tomorrow.

Obviously the shots are highly effective. It's evident as the NHL is fully loaded up and yet here we are.. heading towards another league shut down because of the number of cases spreading.

Cam has become a favorite of mine. I like the way he plays and I like how excited he was to be out of Columbus and playing in a place like Philly.
While Jake was a fantastic set up guy he was way too inconsistent and didn't even attempt to back check most nights. The only time I ever saw him play a complete game was in 19/20 when the team seemed unstoppable without an act of god stopping them.. and well.. that happened...
He seemed disinterested towards the end.
Cam is full of energy and is exactly what he needed. Someone else will be the new set up man on the team before long
