CRT is not “being pushed” by any party. It is not being taught in any of your kids’ schools. You are all so intent on attacking something you don’t understand. It doesn’t tell poor little white kids that they’re racist. In fact, it attempts to move the consideration of racism from from an individual to a systematic basis - how have housing or policing policies over time contributed to racist outcomes. Obviously, these things aren’t taught in elementary or even high schools.

Instead, parents are freaking out if their poor little kids are exposed to anything that might make them uncomfortable in a discussion about race.

And yes, class issues are significant problems but don’t kid yourself to think they’re not compounded by very real structural racism. And yes both parties’ hands are very dirty.
