Although intelligent and experienced in playing hockey, she has no front office experience. AGM should have some experience, at least imo, not just be hired because of their race or gender.

I’m sure she probably does that already. Similar to Kevin Bieksa not having any front office experience, or Ray Ferraro, I don’t think they should be our assistant GM’s either. You’ve gotta learn your craft through experience.

Exactly my point, thank you. After 1300+ games of NHL experience they’re not AGM’s, they’re learning the trade from an advisory position. Which many ex-players start with. They’re dealing with the AHL club and learning the trade.
